Battery health: 90% or greater upon shipment, 80% or greater over lifetime.

    After orders are received, we'll send an email to verify your identity via your driver's license and a selfie.

    If you have an iPhone, back it up to your iCloud account to be able to access it all on your Afterlife iPhone.

    Your iPhone from Afterlife will arrive within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

  • Restore

    If you backed up a previous iPhone, log into your iCloud account on your Afterlife iPhone to start importing your account.

How does the membership model work?

Your monthly membership bundles access to a gently-used iPhone of your choice, free upgrades, and a guaranteed lifetime battery health above 80%.

When you cancel or upgrade your iPhone, you send the iPhone back to us to be evaluated for refurbishment or recycling.

What quality standards do your iPhones meet?

What is the ID check process during checkout and why is it necessary?

To prevent fraud and ensure accountability, we perform a secure ID check after checkout via email and is required before shipping out your order.

After submitting your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to use Real ID.

You'll upload a photo of your driver’s license and take a selfie. The Real ID service will verify them, and we'll ship your order once approved.

What is the process for replacing my iPhone battery that's fallen below 80%?

If your iPhone from Afterlife's battery falls below 80%, head to Fix My iPhone to start the process with our team.

We'll verify the problem and once confirmed, we will promptly send you a replacement phone of the same model or a comparable one if your current model isn't available.

When Apple releases the next iPhone line, how soon after can I expect to be able to upgrade my phone for free?

After the release of the latest iPhone line, we expect a 12 month waiting period until we can offer the previous generation to you.

This 12 month period allows for the natural progression of those choosing to purchase the latest phone to discard their current phone, and for Afterlife to collect and process the used phones from the previous generation.

If I decide to cancel my membership, what is the process? Are there any penalties?

Cancelling your Afterlife membership is straightforward and penalty-free. You simply notify us before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges, and return your device to us so we can prepare it for its next life cycle.

There are no cancellation fees, making it easy for you to end your membership at any time.
