How it works

  • 1. Tell us about the issue(s)

    Complete the form above to give us all we need to know to get started on your fix.

  • 2. Standby for review

    Our team will review your submission, active memberships and protection plans, and reach out with next steps.

  • 3. Pay deductible, if needed

    Depending on the fixes needed, our team will let you know if you owe a deductible and get your approval to charge the card on file.

  • 4. Back up

    If possible, back up your iCloud account on your damaged Afterlife iPhone to prepare to transfer it to your replacement.

  • 5. Prep, package, ship

    Receive a prepaid shipping label from our team, package it up safely, and send it on it's way back to us. We'll ship your replacement iPhone within 24hrs.

  • 6. Receive & restore

    Receive your replacement, transfer your eSIM or contact your carrier to reconnect your cell service, and restore your iPhone from your iCloud backup.
